EXPERIENCE: Mr. Yerkes has over 44 years experience in Land Surveying, Planning, and Civil Engineering with primary emphasis on surveying and mapping. He formed Yerkes Surveying Consultants, Laconia, N.H., in October 1991 to provide existing and new clients with complete surveying and mapping services and has been the owner/principal since that time. His most recent engagement prior to starting the present firm was as a project manager for Holden Engineering & Surveying, Inc., Concord, N.H., from 1987 - 1991. His responsibilities at Holden included project management, client and governmental liaison, survey personnel scheduling, and project budgeting. He was President of Sea Island Engineering, Inc., on Hilton Head Island, S.C., from 1981 - 1987. Prior to that he was employed by Yerkes Associates, Inc., Bryn Mawr, PA., and practiced land surveying primarily in southeastern Pennsylvania during that time.
